In our stores, we are pleased to offer worldwide delivery services to our valued customers. Our shipping policy is outlined below providing detailed shipping methods, delivery times, and international shipping.

  1. Processing Time:
    a. Once you place an order on our website, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays.
    b. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Free shipping for orders over $19, $8 for orders under $19

    UK :7-20 business days

    Other countries:8-23 business days

  4. Order Tracking:

    Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

    As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

    You will also be able to track your order in your account.

  5. Customs Duties and Fees:

    Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

    U.S.: We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

    Other areas: We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to. After you have placed your order, we’ll email you to seek your acceptance of these terms. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs.

  6. Address Accuracy:
    a. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
    b. We will not be held liable for any delayed or undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
